Being Comfortable with uncomfortable means consciously striving to step out of your comfort zone. Only when we step out of our comfort zone magic happens. When we accept discomfort we are no more concerned about things being smooth , trouble free or frictionless. Only when we face hardships, struggles we grow.   • Accept challenges: consciously do something that makes you uncomfortable. Do things that makes builds your confidence, prepares you for unseen challenges. Especially do things do things that are out of your comfort zone. 
  • Make list of challenging activities: you will excercise daily, talk to random people or visit orphanage. These are the tasks that challenges your comfort. Listing will help you remember.
  • Try new and different activities: this will bring experience and confidence. This will also help you adapt flexibility making you grow as a whole.
  • Get comfortable with being uncomfortable socially: take steps towards being more interactive socially. Talk to people where you might otherwise feel uncomfortable and try to avoid. You will make you handle rejections, boost confidence.
